Return & Refund Policy
Once payments are received, no return/refund can be entertained. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason (or no reason) including, but not limited to, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or product description, or an error in your order. In the event that we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund of any payment received.
In the event of an incorrect order being delivered please take a photograph of the same and send it to us within 24 hours of the package being received, to email@example.com with the Subject - ‘INCORRECT ORDER RECEIVED’. We will dispatch your correct order within 48 hours of receiving this Email. Subsequently, we will pick up the wrong products delivered from your doorstep. In the event of a product being damaged which is highly unlikely, please take a photograph of the same and send it to us within 24 hours of the package being received, to firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject - ‘DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED’. We will dispatch a replacement for the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving this Email. Products once opened are not eligible for return except in special scenarios. Items that are shipped to Stash! (Vrimasu Food Solutions LLP) without adequate packing to ensure the safe return and are subsequently damaged are not eligible for full return credit.
Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please return via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit. Please return to the below address :
